Where you are now

Here is what we would fix first

Based on what you already have, these are the only ones worth your money right now.

Call answeringStart here

The phone gets answered while you work

It rings while you are on a roof in the wind, nowhere near a phone, and again at 9pm, and on Sunday. A customer with a problem calls three roofers and hires whoever picks up. We pick up — in your name, in seconds, at any hour.

  • Answered in seconds, 24 hours a day
  • Water coming through a ceiling, or storm damage leaving a roof open rings your mobile straight away
  • Books the job into your diary and texts you the details
  • You get the recording, the transcript and the number
Review automation

Every finished job asks for the review

Storm season creates a month of demand in a week. Reviews are what separates you from the out-of-town crews. It is never that customers are unhappy — nobody asks them, because you are on a job, not at a desk.

  • Two hours after each job we text and ask
  • One reminder after three days, then it stops
  • Everyone gets asked — filtering breaks Google’s rules
  • We draft the replies; you approve from your phone
